Returns and Refund Policy

At Barkshire Dog Walking, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. If the product is faulty or if you simply wish to return it, we will arrange a refund or replacement. To initiate a return, please notify us within 14 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
  • Please retain all packaging until you are satisfied with your purchase.

After 14 days from the date of delivery, we are not obligated to accept returns. If we choose to accept a return after this period, we may deduct postage and administrative fees from any refund issued.

Inspection and Notification:

It is your responsibility to inspect your products upon delivery. If you notice any defects, shortages, or other issues, please notify us immediately—no later than 10 working days from delivery. If we do not hear from you within this time frame, the product will be considered accepted and in good condition.

Faulty Products:

  • If the product is found to be faulty, we will either replace it at no extra cost or issue a full refund within 28 days of delivery.
  • If you are required to return faulty items, we will refund the return shipping cost.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
