Cancellation Policy
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; failure to do so will result in the full payment being required.

Responsibility for My Dog
I understand that I am fully responsible for any harm caused by my dog while using the services provided by Barkshire Dog Walking. I give my consent for my dog to be off the lead unless I specify otherwise.Accurate Information
I confirm that I have provided accurate information in the registration questionnaire, specifically that my dog is in good health and has not shown any aggression or threatening behavior toward people or other dogs.Notification of Aggressive Behavior
I agree to immediately notify Barkshire Dog Walking if my dog exhibits any unwelcome, aggressive, or dangerous behavior that could harm other pets or individuals.Risk of Injury During Play
I understand that during normal dog play, my dog may sustain minor injuries such as scratches, punctures, or torn ligaments, despite Barkshire Dog Walking’s best efforts to supervise and prevent harm.Medical Treatment Responsibility
I acknowledge that Barkshire Dog Walking may have my dog interact with other dogs in a group setting (if selected) and I accept responsibility for any medical treatment required due to injury or illness while my dog is under their care. I agree to cover all related costs, including veterinary fees, and reimburse Barkshire Dog Walking immediately upon pick-up of my dog.Vaccination Requirements
I understand that I must provide proof of my dog’s current vaccinations. If my dog’s vaccinations are expired or incomplete, Barkshire Dog Walking reserves the right to refuse service until current documentation is provided.Risk of Kennel Cough
I acknowledge that, despite vaccination for Bordetella (Kennel Cough), my dog may still contract Kennel Cough and I agree not to hold Barkshire Dog Walking responsible for any such occurrence.Notification of Infectious Diseases
I agree to notify Barkshire Dog Walking immediately if my dog has been exposed to or is affected by any infectious or contagious diseases, including but not limited to Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Coronavirus, worms, Lyme disease, fleas, or intestinal parasites. I will also ensure my dog is free from such conditions before attending daycare and will not bring my dog until any health issues are resolved.Photography and Media Consent
I consent to Barkshire Dog Walking photographing or videotaping my dog, and agree that such images or media may be used for promotional or advertising purposes, with no approval required from me. These images are the property of Barkshire Dog Walking.Lost or Damaged Items
I understand that Barkshire Dog Walking is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items (e.g., toys, collars, leads) left with my dog.Food and Digestion
I agree that my dog will have eaten at least one hour before attending Barkshire Dog Walking to allow time for digestion, understanding that failure to do so may result in dangerous conditions such as bloat.- ID Tag Requirement
I acknowledge that Barkshire Dog Walking requires all dogs to wear an up-to-date ID tag with my contact details in compliance with the Control of Dogs Order 1992. This law mandates that dogs in public places must have an ID tag displaying the owner’s name and contact information.
